When registering with the Pag-IBIG 4PH Online Registration, the following personal information may be collected, to wit:

• Name and personal particulars of the registrant (e.g. spouse, contact details, gender, income amount and source, address, birthdate, homeownership);
• Name and personal particulars of the registrant’s spouse (e.g. contact details, gender, income amount and source, address, birthdate, homeownership);
• Government ID details (e.g. Pag-IBIG Membership ID number) of the registrant and his/her spouse;
• Employment Details;
• Other information relevant to your transaction with Pag-IBIG Fund.

While using Pag-IBIG 4PH Online Registration, we may collect non-personal information such as those provided by your device which may include the IP address, operating system, browser type and version, and other machine identifiers. Web analytics tools, such as those that use cookies to collect anonymous information and data generated in connection with your activities, may also be used when you visit Pag-IBIG 4PH Online Registration.

1. Approve, facilitate, administer and process applications and transactions;
2. Respond to queries, requests and complaints and improve how we interact with you;
3. Send statements, billings, notices and other such documents necessary for continued use of our products and services;
4. Conduct studies and researches for the purpose of reviewing, developing and improving our products and services;
5. Perform profile analysis, behavioral modeling and analytics to understand needs, preferences and market trends to be able to improve and recommend suitable products and services;
6. Market our products and services, including offers, promotions, discounts, rewards; and for personalizing your experience with our various touchpoints such as branches, call center, telemarketing, email, messaging and other channels;
7. Determine the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and initiatives;
8. Perform certain protective safeguards against improper use or abuse of our product and services including fraud prevention.

Personal information collected through the Pag-IBIG 4PH Online Registration may be shared with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), accredited housing developers, Local Government Units (LGUs), and other third parties engaged by Pag-IBIG Fund to verify members' eligibility, validate application details, provide further assistance, and facilitate the processing of Pag-IBIG Housing Loan application under the members’ chosen 4PH project.
