   Philippine mobile number to receive the One-Time Pin (OTP).

4. SECRETARY CERTIFICATE

   Applicable only for corporate or juridical bidders

   Photocopy or scanned copy of one(1) of your Secretary Certificate

   Maximum file size is 3MB.

   File format accepted (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf)
